Sessions take place in a calm, private room at One Space in Enfield, a short walk from Enfield Town station, or online by secure video. Each session is 50 minutes, usually at the same time each week.

Trauma & EMDR

Meet Alex
Alex Soteriades is an Art and EMDR Psychotherapist with over ten years' experience in mental health. Alex's clinical experience includes the general psychiatric team at the Priory Hospital, and assessing and treating developmental trauma in fostered and adopted children.
How it works
Free 15-minute call – a short phone call to talk about what's going on and whether we're the right fit.
First session – an assessment, and a shared picture of how things came to be this way.
Weekly sessions – 50 minutes, same time each week, in Enfield or online.
Aftercare – free check-ins at three, six and twelve months after therapy ends.

Initial 15-minute call: free
Online session, 50 minutes: £115
In-person session, 50 minutes: £130
Recognised provider for AXA, Aviva, WPA and Vitality. Insured fees vary by insurer.
